At Australian Sports Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your athletic apparel. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5 business days.
